SCHOOL IS OUT!

SCHOOL IS OVER!! Well at least for the semester. I took my last final yesterday. I will find out my grades for my classes by the 18th. I took two classes math and interior design. And for the next semester I will taking color of theory and drafting. I have decided that I will be doing the interior design program. It is a 2 year associate program. But it will be taking me a lot longer than 2 years to finish. But at least I know what I want to do.

VEGAS!!

So this last weekend Dave and I made a quick trip to Vegas! We went down on Thursday to go see the rodeo and we came home Friday afternoon. We got there around two, so since we had time to kill we went to the outlets. I bought some sweet high heels from Kenneth Cole. After that we went to go check in to our hotel. We stay at the Monte Carlo on the 20th floor. It didn't smell like smoke so I didn't care how high we were. After we check in we got ready to go to dinner. Dave made reservations at Sushi Roku. We were the only ones in the restaurant the whole time. We got three rolls, the cali roll, crab dynamite, and the crunchy spicy tuna. The tuna one was my favorite. After dinner we went back to the hotel and got ready for the rodeo. We were a little late, and we were on the top row of the arena. Ha ha, we could see the whole arena though. But we were so high where we sat the lights blocked the jumbo TV. But the rodeo was awesome. After we went to IN and OUT for delicious hamburgers. We walked down the strip to go see the Belagio fountains, but since it was so windy they turned them off. I was so disappointed, that is like my favorite part. So we went to the other mall and just glanced around, since there was nothing to do and we were both really tired we just went back to the hotel. The next morning we got up and got ready and packed to go home. We check out and went to McDonalds for breakfast went shopping again! Than we went to Diablo's for lunch which was amazing!! Than it was the long drive home and the awesome snow storm around the point of the mountain.

It has been a while since I have been on here. Not to much has gone on in our lives over the past couple of months. But I thought I would put up some pictures to show what we have done or just funny photos to show.

Labor Day Weekend

Well for the weekend we went up to Dave's parents cabin, up by Smith and Moorehouse Lake, past Oakley. We took just my parents with us. We stopped in Midway to go to Swiss Days. All though this wasn't at all something Dave wanted to do, he was a very good sport about it. And we followed my parents around in the hot and crowd infested place. We finally got up to the cabin and made kabobs. My Mom's sister Julie and her family were up there staying at her sister in laws cabin so they came over for dinner. After dinner we went for a little four wheeler ride. My Dad took the boys fishing, he was the only one who caught something. Than we watched a movie and went to bed. On Saturday, we woke up at 6:30 to go fishing up at the lake. My cousins came with. The only one to catch anything was my Dad again. So we left after he caught one. We didn't need to get showed up any more. Well we came back for breakfast, showered and got ready to go back to Swiss Days. Uncle Phil and his boys went to the BYU game, so we took Aunt Julie to Swiss Days with us. Which was even more hot, and more crowded!! But it was still fun I thought. So we waited in line for over a half an hour for a bus back to the parking lot we parked at. Dave and I made tacos for dinner, which were delicous!!!!! YUMMY!! And than we enjoyed sitting around and talking till the guys came home. We watched the news and fell asleep. On Sunday we went to the Woodland church, which was crowded too, but it was good to be at church. I would love to move to Woodland. It's a cute little farm town. We went back to the cabin and played scrabble. I almost had the old man! But he had one last word that put him to far ahead to pass. Since it was fast Sunday we didn't eat dinner till 4:30 at Julie's cabin. We played a game my parents brought named seek. Lets just say I need to read the scriptures alot more in depth. After that we went back to our cabin and sat in the hot tub with Nate and Josh. Bed time after that. Monday the boys went fishing again. Mom and I stayed behind and cleaned the cabin and showered. We took a walk to see Julie and we sat around and talked. The boys came back so we went back to see Dave and Dad. We saw some deer, and we did see a moose on the way to the cabin. Dad caught 2 fish and kept them to eat. We had left over kabobs for lunch. Than Dave and the boys went for a four wheeler ride around the lake. He came back so dirty!! We had sandwhiches for dinner and than we got ready to leave. Stopped off at Julie's and said goodbye. It was a very fun weekend, it was fun to sit around and enjoy nature. And it was fun to hang out with my parents. They are such fun people.

SCHOOL!!!

As much as I thought I was going to hate going back to school, mostly for math, I love it!! I got my homework last night after I sent Dave down to get it for me. The homework assignment was section 1.1 through 1.5. Well I start doing all the problems in each section. They are like over ninety problems in each one!! So I started to quiz Dave on if he was sure I was suppose to do all of them. But he says the teacher never told him. So I e-mailed him last night to find out what I am suppose to do. Well come to find out I am only suppose to do 3 or 4 problems from section 1.1 and 1.2. Fantastic!! Both sections I have already completed. All 180 problems down the drain. Oh well at least I know now. What I am really excited for is Monday when I go to interior design. Well if I am able to go. This itchyness better be gone by tomorrow!! I hope I stay this excited throughout the whole school year. Only time will tell.

Spots!

So on Wednesday I woke up like usual, took a shower and was just going through another normal day, until I noticed while I was getting dressed four lovely little red spots on my right hip. Hmmmm.... I thought to myself, what could those be? Bites from bed bugs, they don't itch so I dont think it is that. Chicken pox was my next guess, cause later on Thursday I started to get itchy all over not just where the spots where. Oh great! I thought here it is the first day of math class and I can't go cause I don't know what I have. And I can't just up and go to the doctor any more. Dave has recently quit his job to do construction full time, so we lost our benefits. Well what should I do, and what are these odd spots that keep appearing? Well we have decided if they continue to get worse we are going to see that expensive doctor. So hopefully this irratating rash goes away.

THE HUBBY!!!

Dear, Dave, David, Davey, or the name I have been forbidden to call him Davey baby!! Where to begin....my husband is a wonderful man. Over the past couple years I have come to realize what a lucky woman I am. He is always telling me how wonderful I am, kissing me, trying to cuddle, always wanting to just be with me. He is the most caring guy you will ever meet. All you have to do is ask and Dave will be more than happy to help you with whatever you need. And he is a very handy guy, he can work on anything from cars to trying to figure out the plumbing. He is always trying to surprise me with stuff, from a cheesey day by day pill taker to romantic getaways at hotels. I just feel so blessed that I got such a loving guy. I love you Davey Baby!! :)

~ CHRISTMAS!! Maybe I'll wait till Halloween is over to set the tree up this year. MAYBE!!

Cosmo

Oh Cosmo!! Lets see where to begin....he looks like the cutest little dog that would just want to sit and cuddle with you all day. Don't believe what you see at all. He isn't always so cute, there is the usual biting my toes all day to running around in circles barking at me non stop. All of this stresses me out I sometimes wonder why we got the little tyke. But when night time or naps during the day come that all changes and we know why we got him. He is so cute when he is sleeping! He cuddles up to ya and put his head on the pillow and sleeps on his side, although sometimes his results in me sleeping on the very edge of the bed or have my face smothered cause he thinks he needs to sleep on my face, or when he stretches out and claws Dave in the back. But even though these good moments are rare and few its enough to make me want to keep him. I say that but I wouldn't never get rid of him, I miss him when I leave the house for a couple hours. He is just so darn cute!

Us!

Well lets see, we are Dave and Hollie Harward. We met at a Young Single Adult Activity at a corn maze, I never thought in a million years I would find my future husband at a YSA activity. We'll be married for two years on March 1st. We have the cutest but the most annoying dog named Cosmo. Dave is currently working two jobs, he is a court clerk and does construction. Me..I am a stay at home wife for now. I run errands for Dave's business and I will be starting school this month. I will be taking interior design and math. I am not looking forward to the math class. We just got back from the early rifle hunt for anterless elk. Although we didn't get anything it was alot of fun to just get out of the house. And I hope we go camping at least once more before it gets to cold. Plans for this month, lets see this weekend we are going to Cherry Hill for my family reunion, the week after I believe is when my cousin is getting married. The weekend of the 24th we have Dave's family reunion at the cabin and the weekend after that we are going to the cabin again to spend time with my family again. We'll be busy on the weekends but at least I will get to see my husband during those times. He has a busy schedule this month.
